Chaos-Unified-login window pops up when computer starts

Hi,

I have been having this problem since I installed the hot fix 3 vray 6 for 3dsmax 2023. There are 2 Chaosunifiedlogin windows pop up every time that I start my PC.
Uninstalling the license server got rid of one, and now one still shows up. It does not affect anything; it is just annoying and looking buggy. Can anyone please let me know how to get rid of it?
