I thought I remembered reading that vray 1.5 had a version of the ColorCorrect plugin that is so popular built-in? Am I imagining things?

The VRayColorMap will allow you to adjust a single RGB value per a gamma value input, but it will not operate on an entire map as the ColorCorrect plugin does.
