Could not Located Chaos Unified Login Service

Hi i am using Fixed License Yearly licence [ A-S01921815 ]

I just installed new enscape. I buy the license from other email (different with my sketchup, i don’t know if it cause issues)

but I have problem logging in - this error message popped up: Could not Located Chaos Unified Login Service. I opened the Chaos Documentation Website link as suggested and downloaded License Server hoping to install the License Server.

Right after i installed the License Server apps, i can open and use the enscape, but the status is still not login, I can’t use the AI feature because i’m still not sign in.

And when i open it another time, i got the License Notice again and have to install the license server all over again.. (should i do that every single time i need to use enscape? very inconvenience)
The “Sign In” button also not work, can’t be clicked.
I already read all the guide from chaos web and this forum but still got no answer that work for my problem.

hmm i already contacted the support team from the application before i make this thread. But i don’t see any response. Or, where they give response at?

In this case I reckon you’re using a different e-mail to log into this forum so I could not find any relevant requests of yours just yet.

You can feel free to share the e-mail used to contact us though (likely the one used to purchased Enscape) via a direct message in this forum (as detailed here) and I’ll check if we received your inquiry properly.
