DR and Override Mtl not working?

Hi All

Im having problems with getting the material override to work, im trying to make a AO pass with vraydirt in the Override, but my renderslave doesnt seem to wanna render it, anybody else having this problem?.

xp64bit, Max 2009 sp01, vray 1,5 sp2

Works fine for me. Can you give a little more info on the scene setup, material setup, etc…

Ive restarted renderslave with spawner and workstation, and now i seem to get a fine result.
