dr and remote dongle

Ok I’ll try and explain this problem…
Max 2008 latest vray, dongle plugged into main desktop render machine…DR really solid works like a treat.
Now go home with dongle plug into laptop vpn connection all good desktop pings laptop gets license renders no prob BUT DR stops working with the slave machines in the office.
I’m wondering is this normal or is there a problem to fix.

Ok don’t panic !!!
Just fixed my own problem…and the answer is …just add the laptop as an additional license sever machine on the slaves …didn’t know you could or had to do that.
