Enscape 3.5.1+109642 install error - soundsource.png

I’m trying to install the newest version of Enscape, and I get an error shortly after install starts. Error reads: “Error writing to file:” with a folder pathway that points to soundsource.png in the SystemData\Textures\Enscape\Standard\soundsourse.png. Then it says “Verify that you have access to that directory.” Screen shot attached. What do I need to do to address this error?

@cgottschalk , thanks a lot for your report.

Right away the first thing you can try is completely uninstalling Enscape, and then thereafter please re-install 3.5.1 with administrator permission, as in selecting the option to have Enscape installed for “all users on that machine” as we detail here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/getstarted/#advanced

Excerpt of interest after clicking the “Advanced” button:

If the steps above to not help, please let me know.

Thank you for your response, and I apologize for my late response back. I thought I completely uninstalled the software using the “Add & Remove” via Windows. But, based on your response, it seems that it is not completely uninstalled. Is there a way to uninstall using an uninstall wizard? Or a way to find Enscape files and remove? Thanks.
