Hi there,
I received an error message this morning stating that my license was invalid, but it renews in March and should be fine. I checked for an update to see if that could be the issue and downloaded the most recent version of Enscape. When running the installer, though, I received an error code stating that there was a problem starting the installer, and that access was denied. This was followed by the Enscape Setup Wizard giving me an error code that it ended prematurely. While troubleshooting with our IT company we thought that the installer may be broken or could be incompatible with the most recent Windows update. We’ve tried to install using the most recent version download from your website on other computers in our office but receive the same error codes each time. Additionally, in this whole process it managed to uninstall the previous version of Enscape from my computer, and now I can’t access the program at all.
Cheers,
Kristen
I am sorry to hear about that @KristenVleemingConst - Can you also share a view screenshots of the error message prompts you receive, just so we can also see everything in context?
If possible, and you are getting that far during the installation process, please also try installing Enscape for “all users” on the machine:

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Here are the screenshots of the error codes I’m receiving
Thank you. I can see you’re also in touch with our support team, so please continue the conversation there.
Just to copy what my colleague has written you / your administrator :
"I’d recommend disabling or allowing the .MSI installer file through any antivirus or other security software that you may have running.
Also, as opposed to running the file via PowerShell, please simply log in as an administrator on the workstation and reattempt the installation."
If that makes no difference what so ever, simply state that through your next e-mail to our support. Then we will troubleshoot this further of course.
