Enscape 4.0.1 enscape could not start...... please send us an error report - how?

How do I send an error report? could you link to it or descripe it in the popup?

Of course, you can always submit a report in case you experience any issues what so ever as detailed here:

Regarding the popup itself, this error is usually resolved by making sure that your graphics card drivers are fully up to date.

You can acquire the latest available installer directly from the NVIDIA homepage: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en

On top of that ideally also proceed with a clean driver installation as detailed here: NVIDIA Support

Just in case you’re using an AMD GPU you can acquire the latest drivers from AMD’s homepage of course: https://www.amd.com/de/support/graphics#!

Buongiorno,

martedì 30 aprile 2024 ho scaricato e installato la prova gratuita di Enscape, con difficoltà e dopo vari tentativi.

In SketchUp 2024 all’avvio di Enscape appare una finestra che avvisa che la prova è scaduta.

Chiedo cortesemente un aiuto. Grazie

Thank you for the screenshots, that’s a big help.

The first thing I see is that you could not send a support ticket directly from the software, although it looks like you’re connected to the internet.

If this didn’t work, anti virus protection might be a reason, or another reason could be if you removed the checkbox for this setting under General Settings → Network:

“Use System Default Values” should be checked.
But never mind, that’s what we have the Help Center for, and you were right to approach us this way. It looks like the only thing missing for you to send us a ticket was to select the reason for your contact - you can select the reason where it says “Come passiamo aiuarti? non puo essere vuoto”. Does that help?

Purtroppo non riesco ad inviare la richiesta di aiuto nonostante sia sempre connessa ed aver seguito le istruzioni ricevute.

I giorni passano ed io non riesco a provare Enscape.

The only thing missing was for you to select a reason for your contact: “Come passiamo aiuarti? non puo essere vuoto”.

You didn’t select an option, so it didn’t let you send in your ticket. Does that help?

Purtroppo non riesco a compilare per intero tutti gli spazi, quando cerco di compilare il secondo si annulla il primo spazio.

Pazienza.

Al momento lascio correre dato che la scheda grafica del mio computer non sarebbe adatta ad Enscape.
