Hi i just started using enscape on archicad, problem is I can’t see anything on enscape. I can only see clouds, desert,forest and stuff… please assist.
@Thabomorapedi , in the very first instance, please check if your machine meets our system requirements - Sometimes this specific issue can occur when using a non-supported graphics card / Intel onboard graphics. Should your machine meet our requirements though, then please also send us a Feedback report with your logs and gladly share a screenshot with us here as well showcasing this problem.
Do you experience this issue with our sample project (simply scroll down a bit and acquire the ArchiCAD project) as well? This way you/we can make sure that it’s not just project-related.
