Hi!
I have put some enscape objects in Archicad which do not appear in Enscape window.
they are shown in Archicad.
I have done refresh many times.

Can you please send us a screenshot of that behavior? In any case, is this also occurring in every project of yours? If so, you can gladly also send in a feedback report:

The submitted log files should then give us further hints regarding why you experience this - in the submission form itself you can simply include a link to this thread for reference by the way.

We have just sent you the log files.
the interesting thing is that after restarting both Archicad and Enscape the problem looks sorted.
So I can not send you any screenshot.
So you have to belive me that in Archicad 3d window the self was visible in Enscape 3d window it wasnt.
Could restart always solve this issue in the future?

I checked the feedback report as well, and as per instructions from my colleague, this could’ve also occurred due to the outdated GPU drivers you had/have installed. A restart can fix quite a few things, if it will always work, or if this issue will re-surface is unknown though I’m afraid… Still, once you experience this again, let me know and we’ll investigate further.
