Enscape Floating Licence for Mac and Sketchup

Hello,

I bought for my office a floating license for Enscape / Sketchup for Mac.

When me and my colleague use on the same time escape, one out of two Enscape crashes.

Is this normal ?

I understood when I bought the escape floating licence , that i could use it on the same time on two Macs.

Can somebody advise me?

The floating license itself, if you only purchased a single seat, can also only be used on one machine at a time, but you will not have to deactivate the license everytime before moving it to another machine - That is the main advantage of our floating license, but if you wish to wish to use it on two machines at once you’ll have to acquire another seat.
