Enscape looks too dark, what to do?

Hello all,

I’ve used Enscape before in the office. ATM we are purchasing a new license for me to use but I just downloaded Enscape and try to use the trial but it appears like this!

I don’t know what to do, I changed the sun and lighting settings but it’s not better. Also my topography is invisible.

Can someone help me with this?
