I tried to open Enscape via Sketchup, but it crshes saying there was an error and Chaos will try to solve…
I upgraded to the latest version and tried openning again, but received the same message.
Can somebody help me out?

In this case submitting a support report would be ideal if possible as that will transfer all of your machine information alongside vital log files which we can use for troubleshooting.
