Hi,
This morning I’ve upgraded to Windows 11, and Enscape is crashing on startup of Sketchup. I’m using latest version of Enscape and Sketchup 2021. Error is: Enscape encountered a fatal error on startup.
Anyone else have this issue? I have also raised a ticket as we need to continue working

Have you reinstalled your graphic’s card drivers? Windows can, does and probably has installed its own base version.
Windows may have disposed of or overwritten older system drivers that Enscape relies on and installs when it’s installed … have you tried reinstalling Enscape?
Did you check for compatibility of Enscape and your other software with 11 before you upgraded?

I have re-installed Enscape but didn’t do that for the videocard drivers (good point).
And no I didn’t check compability first 
Did however expect that this shouldn’t be an issue as 11 is in foundation having the same basis.
Will check video drivers straight away.

Thanx Paul! I have re-installed videodrivers right after my meeting and Enscape is working again like a charm!
