Hi,
I was working on sketchup and it crashed therefore my enscape was never deactivated from my laptop. Now when i try to open it back up again, it says " Your license could not be activated, because you’ve exceeded the number of seats for your license." but i dont have it set up on any other computer. I tried reactivating it and following the steps mentioned in other posts but nothing seems to be working. I have a project due in 2 days and i need my license reactivated ASAP. Please help!!
