Enscape Window not opening

Hello

My laptop is an Asus Intel Core i7, GTX 960M, 8GB, DDR4, 512 GB SSD

I just purchased Enscape to use with Sketchup, and the enscape window is not opening.

I have installed the enscape in sketchup and it shows it, but when I press “start enscape” the window opens, it loads “export geometry” and then the window closes and disappears.

Can you please help? I need to present some renderings today and I am stuck.
