Hi,
I just installed an external GPU (3060) to my laptop (2070 maxQ), I updated to the latest nvidia studio drivers.
When I start SketchUp I get this error:
and this is the boot error log file:
SketchUp opens and Enscape plugin toolbar is missing and after a minute, SkethUp crashes with bug splat.
Do you have any suggestions?

In such a case definitely send in a full Feedback report as well please - this way we get all the log files we require to troubleshoot this. Feel free to also then include a link to this thread in the submission form for context, or send me your e-mail via a DM so that I can check our system for the report this way. That’s the most efficient way to further assist you with this, thank you in advance.
Also, just to let you know right away, there were some compatibility problems from NVIDIAs side when it came to using an eGPU with Enscape, these should be resolved by now, so the report will let us know more.
Hi @Demian_Gutberlet , I don’t think I can send a full feedback report because the Enscape toolbar doesn’t appear in sketchup so I don’t have access to the feedback button. I just get that error right away when sketchup starts and that’s it.
I’ll try to submit a feedback report without the eGPU connected.
That would be great @Vlad_Moldovan , since we get all the log files anyway.
