enscape wont load. It just keep up to 99%…ai was using yesterday and it was fine but today as I open the file it just wont load and say an error about asset. Can anyone help with this issue.

In case you are still unable to load Enscape after Adam’s suggestion, then please send in a feedback report including the log files, as seen here, so we receive more information on what may cause this.
You can add a link to this thread in the description so we can update you here as well.
I left it loading overnight and it did eventually load but it took so long. So I tried to uninstalled enscape 3.4 and install the previous version and it load fast.. I might just stick to the previous version for a while and wait for the next update of the 3.4. Hope you guys can fix this issue of loading.

If you still want to upgrade to Enscape 3.4 again, maybe you can share a screenshot of the message you’ve received regarding assets? Maybe there’s a chance it can lead us to a solution for you. right, it is working
projects are loading… but it’s taking more time than usual … stays stuck thinking a little more than necessary
until today the past versions loaded the projects much faster
anyhow keep the amazing good work. LOVE ENSCAPE.
