I think you should ask in the 3dsMax forum. This error is not directly related to Vantage.
I think the problem is due to Vantage.
Let me explain:
The render gpu or cpu in 3ds max works perfectly.

Well, Live Link uses V-Ray’s distributed rendering code. So there is maybe an issue in this part of V-Ray, but it’s not in Vantage code for sure. I assume your other renders that worked are not DR.
Whoever is going to debug this, they will need a way to reproduce the error, so it would be best if you could share a scene. And which exact versions of Vantage and V-Ray you are using. If you’re not using the latest V-Ray (there is a very recent update available), try updating.
