I wanted a critique on this rendering. I used VRay express and quickly made a gradient for the background bowl. I was hoping to get some advice to really make this pop some more and have the glass look a little more realistic…any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated!
I have glass cubes (Clear front panels with frosted rear and sides) mixed with ruby red glass cubes. A sandblasted stainless steel metal structure and an ebony wooden base.
I’m going to work on this sometime over the weekend. I’ll post up some new images in a few days…I agree the backdrop is too dark, caustics are too distracting, and the glass does need some sort of reflection to give it life.
