Help - Invalid License

Hi there

I have a iMac 2019 - Intel processor and I typically use Sketchup 2022 + Enscape Version 4.1.0.2148 however I went to render and the Enscape window has shown me the below image about the Chaos License not being valid?

I have checked with Chaos and they have confirmed that my license is valid however no help with fixing the issue to allow me to render as per normal.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I have logged out and logged in to all my relevant accounts between Sketchup and Enscape but nothing is working.

I have also just seen this information in red when pressing ‘Activate Licence Key’ - this has never happened before.
