Help Needed: Meta Quest 3 Not Connecting with Enscape

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing issues with connecting my Meta Quest 3 to Enscape. Here are the steps I have taken:

  1. I start Revit and Enscape.
  2. I initiate Meta Quest Link using a USB-C cable.
  3. Quest Link successfully establishes a connection with my headset.

However, when I try to start the VR Headset in Enscape, my headset is no longer detected.

Here are some details about my laptop:

  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3500 Ada (Driver Version: 576.02)
  • CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 165H
  • RAM: 63.46 GB

I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this issue.

I have already contacted support and am waiting for a response.
