Hidden Geometry becomes visible - changing scenes

I’m experiencing a potential bug or maybe it’s a feature: I have a window component that has window mullions that are hidden geometry in SketchUP. In all of the SketchUP scene tabs those window mullions are hidden and display hidden geometry is OFF. So the mullions are NOT visible. When I start Enscape the mullions are Not visible which is expected behavior, however if I change to a different scene tab in SketchUp to sync a preset camera location all of a sudden Enscape is now rendering the hidden geometry, even though it’s still not visible in SketchUP:

Windows 10

SketchUp Pro 2017

Enscape Version 2.02.495-gc494c85

Here is a video to show the behavior:

Here is the SketchUP file incase you want to try to recreate the behavior:

@nvizeon That’s an awesome bug report, recorded, highlighted and the SketchUp file is included as well!

I’m able to reproduce it. We will check this behavior.

Thank you!

Jonathan your welcome!

Enscape is such a great addition to Revit, SketchUp and Rhino, that I want to do everything I can to help improve it.

@nvizeon We we’re able to track down the issue and fixed it already. The fix should be contained in our next preview version.

Btw: fixed in 2.0.2.605

Jonathan and Simon I hope the info I provided was helpful. Now I hope you’ll add the ability to export rendered animations using each SU scene Tab as a camera nod along the path so we can do animated fly throughs. Better yet you could add an Enscape camera path with a bezier spline and the ability to control the camera along the path such that the camera rotation and field of view and even focal depth would be customize-able to create truly amazing animations. If you could recognize on and off layers or hidden and not hidden geometry along the path that would also be great.
