[HOU-1474] VFH [Warning] * GPU: Plugin VRayObjectProperties ("|obj|..") is not supported!

V-Ray V-Ray for Houdini Issues

Yesterday i had issues with rendering LightSelect with the last Houdini version, today i updated to vray_adv_43000_houdini17.5.460_08b56ea_6109.

I can now generate LightSelect, but now i cannot use Object Properties to render Forced Matte or Forced Phantom…

I get the following text in Houdini Console:

VFH * GPU: Plugin VRayObjectProperties (“|obj|R_BIG_Shards|node|object_properties”) is not supported!
VFH * GPU: Plugin VRayObjectProperties (“|obj|R_Particle_Trail_SIM|node|object_properties “) is not supported!
VFH * GPU: Plugin VRayObjectProperties (”|obj|R_Small_Shards|node|object_properties”) is not supported!

We need to update the exporter. Many of the Object Properties options are now supported on the GPU. I’m hoping it will be a simple fix - those are simply ignored right now. I’ll ping you as soon as the devs have an update.
