The error message states: “An error occurred while importing materials. Some materials could not be imported.” I’m using the latest version Enscape and Rhino, and I’ve checked that my computer meets the hardware requirements. I’ve already tried reinstalling Enscape as well as ‘repairing’ it with control panel. What else could I do?

I am afraid, this issue has been reported by other users as well, and our developers are currently investigating the source of this issue.
Unfortunately, the only recourse is to downgrade to Enscape 3.2, which you can download from here. I will be in touch just as soon as we hear more from our developers.
