Inconsistent shadows, blurry enscape assets

I’m attaching photos of some issues we are having with our latest efforts in E

nscape. The first set of photos (with the problematic area highlighted in red) illustrates shadows that seem to be generated when moving in and out of a view. The trees in this view are also inexplicably blurred (depth of field is not set), The same issue with the inconsistent shadows also occurs when exporting screenshots of certain views as shown in the next set of images. The Enscape assets are blurred in this view too. We have used Enscape for Revit before and have not encountered these issues, this is our first time using Enscape for Rhino.

I’m sorry to hear about that @Ishwar , - In the very first instance, please make sure your GPU drivers are fully up to date, and if they aren’t acquire the latest ones via the NVIDIA or AMD homepage directly.

As a first question, is there a chance you’re perhaps using a low Field of View in the Visual Settings? Such behavior can occur when the FoV slider is used to zoom into the scene so to speak. Should that be the case please try a higher FoV and move physically move closer to the scene.

Also, can you let me know what graphics card is built into your system? If it’s an RTX card, you can try disabling DLSS in the General Settings → Rendering tab as that may cause this blurriness at hand. Additionally, any chance the scene at hand has an overly large ground plane? If so, try to reduce it substantially as well please to see if it helps.

It can’t hurt to receive a Feedback report as well, or ideally the scene, in case the steps above are not resolving these behaviors.
