Licence issue

Hi there,

I applied for an educator license over the weekend and downloaded a trial until the educator license came through. The educator license came through today, but I can’t seem to end the trial and start the full version. When I open enscape, it tells me how many days I have left of my trail or to purchase, and doesn’t allow me to edit this.

I would like to access the full features before the end of my trail and the educator license takes over (if that is the case usually). I use enscape for sketch up.

This likely boils down a known behavior so we should therefore be able to resolve right away after the licensing team has had a chance to check out your inquiry.
