I spent a couple of weeks working with support to get Corporate Sign on set up. I then added all of our users to the organization, and then enabled the Floating license sharing from the mychaos organization tab. Everything should be set up for our company to use the floating licenses of Enscape. However no one can access them. Everyone who has tried receives the below image when launching. They have signed in multiple times, but cannot obtain a license.
We have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. There is a Chaos license server running in task manager. I have reached out to support through the app on Thursday but have not heard back. I also tried to follow along and on the here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/27551342125713-Enscape-4-1-Important-information-links. and submit a ticket there, but still no response. Our only solution has been to downgrade everyone to 4.0.2.
I understand that support has been overwhelmed with request, but I am almost at a month of working to get an enterprise license setup to use 4.1 which came out in July.
