Currently experiencing an issue with my fixed seat license that is NOT expired (until September 2024).
License was deactivated / inactive on the account for exceeding the number of fixed seats although there is only one computer that is using this license key.

Looking for your machine fingerprint, I couldn’t find any connected license I’m afraid. Maybe you didn’t copy it entirely?
