Hi I need help with my newly purchased Mac enscape fixed seat license.
It stated that I have exceed the seat limit and now my license is not available for rendering.
I am not able to remove the license or reset or restart or reactive the license.

I have just reset your license, so you should be able to activate Enscape now once more, could you kindly try?
