Problem with exceed seats

So, i’ve reached to you cause’ i’m having some issues with my student license. I don’t know if i’m contacting you throught the right channels so i’m sorry if doing it wrongly.

I had a problem with my pc, so i had to reset it all, which made me lose all my content, programs and etc. Because of that, when i tried to activate my license, an error of exceed seats was showed up. The thing is: its the same computer, but i just cannot deactivate the license.

I’ve been researching ways make this right but i don’t know how.

Could you help me whith this issue?

Hello Damian, tuve un problema con mi computador y tuve que formatearlo, por lo tanto perdí los programas que utilizaba entre ellos el direct link de Enscape para archicad. yo tengo licencia de estudiante y ahora para utilizarlo me dice que excedí los asientos, como puedo solucionarlo.

I got a new license key today but when I did enter it on my pc I got a message about exceeding seats. Can you please help me out by deactivate it on other devices if there a still some active seats.
