macOS 13 Ventura - Enscape no longer works with MacBook Air M2

Seems like macOS 13 Ventura is the gift which keeps on giving, I’m 99.9% sure Enscape was working under macOS 12 Monterey on MacBook Air M2 but I just get a flickering window now, see enclosed video [apologies for coffee shop background noise]. Specification of MacBook Air M2 is M2 8 core CPU 10 core GPU with 24Gb unified memory.

Thanks in advance

Nick

Hi @nickcadsoftuk

thanks for reporting - we have a m2 mac in our tesing rack and will investigate.

Stay tuned.

@nickcadsoftuk I’m afraid I could not reproduce it. Would it be possible to share your sketchup project file with us?

Hello Alexander

I’ve done some investigating myself and it seems it was related to installation and first launch as opposed to file specific. If installed on clean Mac without Rosetta then after install of Rosetta and launch I get the flickering window if quit all and restart then works fine. Looks like Apple should be forcing a restart after Rosetta install.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you, one of those weeks

All the best

No problem. Thanks for getting back to us!
