TOM
Incredible images…how much time did it take to do the whole thing? (render and PS?)
When you say you spent a lot of time in the glass reflections, did you do some post processing work or just some specific glass settings in Vray?
The landscaping looks great…and the sky too…
Re: Office buildings
tom
nice work, how did you manage the grass texture and the sky
Re: Office buildings
Very impressive images and lovely atmosphere. Great.
Re: Office buildings
thanks, those comments are most appreciated…
@Madmax:
Actually, both VRAY and PS.
Lot of things come from PS but if the background rendering isn’t good enough, too much time is spoil is post process
@Vansan
Grass texture is a mix between several pictures and gradients, sky is a simple Belgian sky picture took from my appartment…
@Dcaudwell
Coming from you, I’m truly honored…
Stay tuned, got some cool works coming in ![]()
Re: Office buildings
This is beautiful. I long to get there one day with vray..![]()
Can you also please post only the vray result?
Re: Office buildings
Very intelligent request…we sould all post our raw and post processed results..
Re: Office buildings
I have no idea as to how you changed the Vray raw image with PS…incredible improvement!!
looks awesome
Re: Office buildings
Tom, thanks for sharing your Vray raw files. This give us a good idea on how we can create beautiful images out of the ordinary. More please!
Re: Office buildings
Tom,
Wow - I gotta say that’s some excellant post processing you’ve achieved there. I was actually expecting there to be a lot more content in the original vray renders and less post pro work, but you’ve really put a lot of effort in PS and the result is fantastic.
Looking forward to more work in future…
Re: Office buildings
Tom
I was really surprised (even shocked!) to see how much post work was done on these. These are a testament to your artistic skills. You are clearly very good at PS work and the vray image is just a starting point for you. Amazing work.
I am maybe a bit surprised that you don’t find it easier doing reflections etc. in vray itself. I spend lots of time trying to get these right, and I’m doing it part time. Maybe I should take a leaf out of the professionals book! Food for thought.

Re: Office buildings
uhm i think you are pro in photoshop
Re: Office buildings
Thanks a lot David,
Actually, I prefer tweaking the reflection in PS as the clients change theyr mind very often..and I don’t want to do the render each time ![]()
