I think this was talked about before, but is there a way to have physical camera not affect the imageplane?

Vlado alredy mentioned that it will be very complicated to disable the DOF and vignetting effect.
As you probably recall you can use the workaround mentioned here:

There are more workarounds in the forum as well.
