@armap , I have just reset your license - Ideally next time please also get in touch with licensing itself using our Help Center as they might often be able to provide a reset even more quickly.

Hi I am trying to get my license up and working for once and for all. This is like my 31st time contacting support. I have tried everyting from uninstalling trying to get old versions to work. Finally I tried the 3.9 version and copy pasted the old license key which should be valid and it says it is invalid. I have paid to use this program and the licensing is very chaotic. I cannot use offline or online and two different webpages give conflicting information. There is also no reset button or return button for offline use to go back online. It is simply not usable. I have been at this all week last week and got it to work last week briefly. Today I am back to the same mess only nothing is working please help me and please please do not send me the same pdf of how to make this work by deleting the ssl file I tried that dozens of times it is not working today.
i am at wits end. Very far behind on work. If I can just use my old enscape 3.9 that would be ok for now until the bug is fixed but I need to do something fast. I cannot use it because it wilil not accept the old (active) license on the old licensure page!!

I cannot be IT for hours per day with this. Enscape used to be reliable.

Right away I have looked into the existing case(s) of yours and our support/licensing team is currently further troubleshooting as to why you’re experiencing these issues exactly. At the moment I’ll have to thus kindly ask for just a bit more patience until you’ll hear back from us soon again.
thank you. IN the meantime if someone could give me a working license to copy and paste into the older version so I can work it would be great. Because I am very far behind and can get nothing done.
