Here is a render trying to recreate the same mode from the photo. This is the closest I could get. I wish there was a way to get more dramatic light similar to photo with more contrast, darker shadows etc.

Already very close! I think it would look even better if the sun would come from the window on the plant. Then you could also get the subsurface effect.
Really cool!! Personally i would adjust the point and angle of vue, too much distortion in the sides of the images.

@deegobt , I modelled using photomatch in SketchUp thus the distortion I think.
@Thomas_Willberger Thank you ; ) Tried adjusting the sun, even turning the model 180 degrees but couldn´t get the dramatic light/shadow mode. Maybe a good crisp HDR would give better results.
Anybody else wanna give it a go?
Hi, happy that you like the result,
the major changes are:
- light: only sun and 2 sphere light
- the wall hidden on dx is dark grey
- changed day and time, so the sun is in a position similar at the photo
- the image of the building across the street is placed far away and lowered, so the sun can reach the room.
- changed the color of walls
- changed slightly the color of the table
New try. Found out the outside image blocked the sun. Made it transparent. Followed Thomas advice and adjusted it to reach the plant + added some fog
