Im trying to use a different setup using the remote desktop app for iPad together with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
the mouse is working correctly
the keyboard is working correctly outside enscape, in revit and windows.
on enscape window, the keyboard doesnt work correctly. som system keys work, such as find, or escape, but comand keys like w,s,a,d or arrow keys, nothing, nothing happens… is awkward because the keyboard works outside enscape…
I’m sorry to hear about this and thanks for the report.
I cannot recall a user reporting this specific issue before so in order to troubleshoot this, is there perhaps a way for you to try a different Bluetooth keyboard just confirm once again that it seems to be entirely related to Enscape? Also, I reckon that when using Enscape with a wired keyboard everything is working as it should? I can understand if trying this isn’t possible if you’re working from home only.
Meanwhile, be aware that you may also be able to connect a controller remotely to navigate Enscape instead of relying on the BT keyboard for now.
Last but not least, what kind of system have you been using before, and was it perchance a PC instead of an iPad to connect remotely? Or something else?
