Revit 2018 Cannot run Enscape 2.7 trial.

Dear All

I use Revit 2018 my computer spec is.

Window10

I7

ram16 gb

Graphic card: NVIDIA Quadro P600 and P1000 and Geforce GTX1080 ( I have 3 difference machine for test)

When I run ENSCAPE from revit is still keep loading as image that I attach below.

Anyone is have experience like this please suggest for me please.

Hi @werapon , thanks a lot for your post and welcome to our forum.

Would you please be so kind as to install the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 Redistributable? Installing this update should resolve the issue. Please be sure to install the x64 version.
