Will not work on one computer

Recently purchased 4 licenses for our office. 4 identical computers. Confirmed this morning with our computer supplier that the specs on the computers go “well above and beyond” minimum requirements from the website.

On 3 of the computers, Enscape is running smooth. Perfect. On one computer, I can’t get anything to load. I click “start” and get the load screen, but nothing loads. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Had our computer supplier remote in and try on his end, same result.

Any idea?

Welcome to our forum! I am very sorry to hear about that - would you please be so kind as to install the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 Redistributable on that machine in question? Installing this update should resolve the issue. Please be sure to install the x64 version.
