Hi all,
I’m receiving an error message from enscape saying there is an error when i tried to start Enscape on Revit 2018.
This is a brand new Dell PC with GTX 1660Ti Graphics card and should be sufficient to run Enscape. I have checked the Nvidia control panel and it doesn’t seem like any of the integrated GPU is being used, I made sure that the GTX 1660 Ti is being deployed for Revit.exe
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about this issue.
It looks like a Revit specific issue that occurs in version 3.0.2.
Can you please roll back to version 3.0.1 available to download here, and confirm if the issue persist afterwards?

Rolling back to a previous version helped to solve the problem. I suppose moving forward, the next version of enscape will address this issue? Thanks again!
