I am sure it is not the first time Enscape user asking the question. How can I override the linked model (structural) materials in Enscape walkthrough.
I was able to use Revit filters to override the linked model surface colors on Revit sections and 3D views. However, when I was using the same 3D view in Enscape, the overridden colors did not show up .
Enscape doesn’t render Filter values and you can’t override materials in Revit of a linked project. You’ll have to assign the materials in the file. Another option would be to assign a phase with the desired material override to the elements in the original file and then recall the phase from the linked file.
