Whenever I try to render, it seems like my V-Ray camera is isometric compared to my Rhino camera

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please check under Camera settings if you have changed Vertical Lens Tilt. If yes, change it to default 0 and try rendering again. If this is not the case, try to Revert your settings to Default.
