RPC Content Not Rendering in Enscape

I’m not seeing any of my RPC content in Enscape suddenly. It was working a couple weeks ago- the only change I’ve made on my end that I can think of is changing from the old Archvision Dashboard to the updated Avail + Avail Revit interface. I have cleaned out the Enscape cache per this thread and restarted everything but no luck. I thought the RPC issue was resolved, at least temporarily?

In terms of workflow- I am starting Revit, loading the model, then starting the Avail side of things, then launching Enscape. I can download assets from the Avail browser, so I’m signed in there.

Is this a PEBKAC error or is there something dumb I’m missing?

@cellophane , this content should still be supported indeed. :slight_smile: We’re not making any efforts to actively improve the current support anymore, but it should work. If you could send in a feedback report with your logs, we can check for any Errors that may give us some hints regarding what’s wrong here. Thank you!

We are having the same issues in our office. Any solution?

Any updates on this issue, im having same issue. RPCs from Avail/Archvision not showing up in Enscape render scenes. I get an asset error and that x quanity of assets may not appear in the render… Yes, i have latest enscape, and logged into Avail/Archvision, and yes i do not have replace archvision content with enscape content…
