I upgraded to the new release this AM, but all the Archvision content I had previously placed into Revit will no longer render… Can you help me get this sorted?

sorry to hear you’re having issues with the latest release of Enscape. We’ve had a similar report before - could you please try to uninstall Enscape and then install version 2.4 again? That helped in previous cases. If the issue remains, don’t hesitate to contact us again. You can also send feedback with log files, which might give us a clue what’s going on - you can find this button on the Enscape ribbon here:

Hi Clemens, we tried that and it didn’t work. Any chance we can do a remote session with Enscape support? I put in a ticket about this with my email address earlier today but haven’t heard back.
@clander17 what peeps are you using in the model ? They come out looking really good . . .
