RPCs problem in Enscape

Hello everyone,

I recently got a problem in Enscape. The situation is like, I download a tree from Archvision and it works perfectly in Revit’s built-in render engine. But, it doesn’t show in the Enscape. I have uncheck the box " Replace ArchVision Content ", but it doesn’t help. Do you guys know how can I fix this issue?

Try restarting Enscape after unchecking the box “Replace ArchVision Content”.

Thanks for your reply, but it still doesn’t work when I unchecked the box and restart Enscape. I also tried reinstalling Archvision, still not helping.

I’m using Revit 2021.1.7 and Enscape is version 3.4.1 +87719. Do they have any conflicts or bugs between them?
