RT ERROR - vrayrtmax :renderThread] Exception occured during rendering

Hi guys

Ive always had issues with RT.

In the latest version im getting this error:
vrayrtmax :renderThread] Exception occured during rendering

I am using a GTX 1070 and a GTX 1080 - i have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed

Any ideas?

Hello,

The easiest way for us to fix this is if you could send us a scene and some steps to reproduce the issue. In case this is not an option then - when this error happens V-Ray tries to create a crash dump file called vray.dmp in your temp folder (%temp% in windows explorer) - if you could send us one such file ?

Another thing - you mention video cards so I’m assuming you are talking about RT CUDA. There is a known issue with the latest nVidia driver (version 380+). If you could try with a slightly older driver version 37x ?
