Since updating today the sky in my model is not rendering - simply come out black… why??
Could you please briefly reset your Visual Settings and/or make sure that you haven’t setup any HDR file for example in the Sky tab of the settings?
Should that make no difference at all, please also try installing our latest service pack Enscape 3.5.1 - If you then still run into this let me know and also submit us a feedback report with log files so that we can troubleshoot this further.

3.5 has been out for a couple of weeks and nobody else has reported this so why is “obviously a bug”
@16A please check the “apply alpha channel” setting in the output settings tab.
So do you have a better explanation for a file that worked perfectly on version 3.4.4 on Monday and then when the exact same file was opened on Tuesday without any other changes other than Enscape upgraded to 3.5.1 it doesn’t work…?? And low and behold when rolled back to version 3.4.4 it works again??? Some one has to be the first to report an issue or is it only a problem after a number of people report it?
Thanks for this but, as far as i am aware, there is no option to select the alpha channel when export to jpeg.
That’s correct. Can you select png first & make sure the “apply alpha channel” checkbox is not set, then switch back to jpg and try rendering again?
This might be a settings glitch.

I tried all of the above and still getting the same result as the OP with the black skies. I’d like to avoid using photoshop since we pay for enscape but I think that’s my only choice at this point which is highly disappointing. I’m on V4.0.2.11, all drivers/graphics up to date. Issue started after I changed output from HD to Ultra HD. After changing it back to HD (or any other option for that matter) it still appears black only. Have also tried restarting many times. Hoping to get some insight.
