Report from my customer.

on Windows 7 + Rhino5 SR14 + V-Ray 3.60.02

The check mark of BatchRender is not displayed.
Do you know what the cause is?

Customers tried clearing the folders below, but no change
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Rhinoceros 5

Hello, Yuji,

Could you please confirm whether this is reproducible on a single or multiple machines?
The Batch Render window is not using QT but standard Windows function DrawThemeBackground(). We were not able to reproduce the issue on a Win7 machine with Rhino 5 Japanese language pack. If your customer is using a modified Windows theme, please ask them to try the default one and see whether this fixes the problem.
If they would prefer live assistance, advise them to contact support@chaosgroup.com and reference this forum thread.

bingo! It was a Windows classic theme.

The problem is solved.
(Although it is preferable to work even with a classic theme)

Glad to hear it!

The Windows Classic theme recreates the Win98 look. We can guarantee proper Batch Render tool appearance only themes based on Win Vista or above.
