the glass material on 2.4.2 shows basically no any translucency,and reflect only background hdri map(outdoor) only.(yes,I have already set the
quality panel to Ultra and did not work at all)

If you want to add translucency to your material, please reduce the Opacity and set the Tint Color to white. Also, I would recommend you lower the Refraction Index, to, 1.52 for example, which would be the index of real window glass. This should allow you to get the appearance you’re looking for.
Further, regarding the reflections, please be so very kind as to also check out our following FAQ article explaining why you have missing objects in your reflection. Real-time reflections in general involve finding a good mix between performance and rendering output, in addition, be assured that we’re constantly in the process of improving them even further with practically every release.
I think there’s an idea that I can give you as a reference for how to get the right specular reflection, which is when you render, you specify only certain faces that allow you to get the right specular reflection, not all of them, as lumion did when he added the reflector
Because more and more people are actually suffering from poor specular reflection
Or add a default material, only for mirrors, and limit the number of faces (for example, 10) to get accurate reflections

I just looked at your material and the way the parameters are, that’s basically obsidian. It may have worked previously for you, but that was more or less a bug.
What you want is something with less opacity.
Right:
Left
The tint works on top of opacity. It’s basically Tint + (Opacity * Color). Generally unless you want something very specific, it is advisable to either use tint or color and opacity.
Further, you probably don’t want this value for roughness.
@stlgreen make sure both sides of the glass are the same material.
