My login details are not recognised (I receive the marketing emails etc) so I can not reset my password.
My trial period is due to end is three days and I need to log in to purchase a license so I don’t lose my work.

I have been working with the free trial and I am conscious that I cannot afford to lose the work I have created thus far.
I have attached a screenshot of me trying to purchase via your link - it does not work.
You seem to not have a dedicated Enscape account yet hence why it’s also not yet found in our system as noted in the left of your image (you received previous e-mails from marketing and such simply because of our newsletter it seems) - As you can also see in the image you’ve shared, our EDU site (on the right) actually accepts the e-mail so you can just proceed by clicking “Continue”.
After you’ve acquired a dedicated paid student subscription, you can pick up your work where you’ve left of.
Let me know if anything is still not clear!
